We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in North Jersey . This is an opportunity to join a supportive network of professionals while making a lasting impact on residents, staff, and community relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations within the facility, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strong leadership to department heads and staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census development.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to meet performance goals and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Current and active LNHA license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of successful survey outcomes and operational performance.
