Qualifications:Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards across disciplines.
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans and comparing them effectively with ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations; report discrepancies and potential issues.
Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local jurisdictions throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare clear, timely reports based on observations and materials used or delivered.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns from clients and contractors, and offering practical solutions.
Participate in company meetings and training; may assist in guiding or supervising junior staff as needed.
$60,000 – $90,000 yearly salary , depending on work experience and certifications held
