Wellness Director LVN/RN Brookdale Redwood City Redwood City, CA Our beautiful 270 Apartment Assisted and Independent Living community in their search for a new Health and Wellness Director! We are in search of a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated nurse leader to lead the clinical team in providing excellent service and care to our residents and their families. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of exceptional personalized care. You will consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates and build resident and family satisfaction.
