We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Typist Clerk to assist with typing and basic clerical tasks from the comfort of home. This position involves converting handwritten or scanned documents into digital text, formatting files, and maintaining accuracy in data processing. It's a great opportunity for those who enjoy typing and working independently.
Type and format documents from handwritten or scanned sources
Proofread typed content for spelling and formatting errors
Convert PDF or image files into editable text formats
Maintain digital filing systems and organize documents
Label and store files correctly for easy retrieval
Assist with basic data entry or copy-paste tasks as needed
Follow clear instructions and meet daily/weekly task goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM recommended)
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
