Job Description

** Position Available: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Transaction Coordinator**

** Work Type:** Part-Time (6 hours/day)

** Pay:** $5/hour – Paid **bi-weekly**

** Bonuses:** Commission opportunities available based on performance

** Schedule:** Monday to Friday

Availability: Must be available 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

** Payment Method:** Must have or create a Payoneer account

As our **Transaction Coordinator**, you’ll manage real estate deals from contract to closing and ensure communication is smooth between all parties. During quiet periods, you’ll also take initiative by reaching out to potential buyers and vendors to build new relationships.

This is a **long-term opportunity** for someone who wants to grow with the company and make a daily impact.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Track and manage all active real estate transactions
* Send out contracts, addendums, and disclosures to appropriate parties
* Communicate with buyers, sellers, title companies, and agents to ensure smooth closings
* Monitor and follow up on critical deadlines (inspection, title, financing, closing, etc.)
* Update CRM with status changes, task progress, and contact info
* Coordinate with the acquisition and disposition team to relay updates
* Send templated update emails to clients and partners
* Create and maintain checklists for each deal
* Make outbound calls to build relationships with potential buyers or vendors during low transaction volume

### ✅ Qualifications:

* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
* Friendly, professional phone demeanor
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable coordinating with title companies, agents, and clients
* Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, and e-sign platforms like DocuSign
* Prior experience in real estate or transaction coordination is a plus
* Confident and self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently

### Technical Requirements:

* Reliable laptop or desktop computer
* **High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload)**
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Quality headset and webcam for meetings
* Wired Ethernet connection preferred for stability
