Our global SaaS client seeks a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a fully remote role.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) plays a critical role within the Talent Acquisition team at our client and is the convergence of all recruitment activity across the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities at our client. The TAC is the front-line contact for all activity related to recruiting, and will work closely with a team of recruiters, hiring managers, the business line, external vendors, and candidates. The TAC plays a key role in the talent acquisition team’s mission to ensure every candidate experience in the job search process with our client is positive and meaningful
Contract Duration: 12-Months
Required Skills & Experience - Attention to detail: The TAC needs to possess a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will create and own complex interview schedules that may include multiple locations, time zones and social mediums for conducting the interview (virtual and in-person). It is crucial that the TAC pays close attention to arrangements that often change, frequently at the last minute.
- Superior interpersonal skills: The ability to establish relationships with a broad range of individuals is critical. This position requires sound business judgment and maturity, and the ability to exercise appropriate discretion. The successful candidate will have a mature, professional, and polished demeanor at all times. The TAC will hold in the utmost confidence the details of every search process and protect the privacy of candidate personal data.
- Intellectual Curiosity & Interest in Recruiting: The individual will have an active curiosity in recruiting, working with the broader talent acquisition team to assist in research, sourcing, candidate development, and a variety of talent acquisition related projects. In this regard, the TAC needs to demonstrate flexibility and a proactive demeanor.
- 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role.
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
- Eagerness to learn and the bravery to work through stages of ambiguity.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Superior organizational skills and detail-orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work independently in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Tech savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and iCIMS/Workday is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, the individual will be a team player, proactive and results driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support to Talent Acquisition Partners including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating video and on-site interviews.
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS as needed, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview details.
- Manage logistics for the recruiting processes, including ensuring background checks are 100% completed and arranging I.T equipment for new hires.
- Ensure every candidate experience working with our client is positive and leaves them feeling like they want to work here.
- Being the eyes and ears of the team, having the confidence to raise questions and identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
