Job Description

We are currently looking to fill several Structural Welder and Fitter Welder positions with a company in Claremore, OK.

All positions are considered Safety Sensitive.

Shifts:

• Monday-Thursday 5a-3:30p.
• Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am ($2 differential).
• Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm (work 36 get paid 40).

Pay: $19-$24 DOE.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
• Interprets blueprints, specifications to determine appropriate welding process.
• Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Fit, align, and weld steel, structural steel, and similar materials.
• Operate overhead crane to move structures as needed.
• Operate mechanical rolls.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must pass fit test and welding test.
• Ability to read some, most, or all welding symbols strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a structural welder.
