You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Marketing Business Line Strategist Team Leader is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and leading integrated marketing efforts designed to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations as well as drive business outcomes including profitability, growing customer base, and deepening relationships. **Primary Responsibilities** + Takes accountability for the development and overall execution of the Marketing plan and the committed outcomes + Connects marketing activities to business outcomes and seeks opportunities to enhance the role of marketing in growing business + Anticipates market, customer, and technology trends and develops strategic roadmaps to capitalize on opportunities that will deliver the best return on investment (ROI) for marketing investments + Leads discussions and presents marketing performance updates to senior management and advocates for right priorities and investments + Fosters an environment where ideas are shared openly and collaboration results in enhanced outcomes + Works with analytics to understand performance, test results, and profitability + Utilizes data and analytics to drive marketing decisions based on customer interactions and behaviors This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field + Ten (10) years of Banking and/or Marketing experience **Preferences** + Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree + Direct and digital marketing experience + Knowledge of marketing principles and measurement **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to build strong relationships with business partners across various functions + Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts + Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Confidence and poise in interacting with senior executives + Knowledge of marketing principles and measurement + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) + Sense of urgency, solid judgement, and prioritization skills + Strong experience in structuring and driving projects to completion + Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others + Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills + Strong work ethic and self-motivation **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. **Job Range Target:** **_Minimum:_** $148,945.50 USD **_Median:_** $196,930.00 USD **Incentive Pay Plans:** This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
