Job Description
**Our client, a leader in [Industry], is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their team.**
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support up to three agile teams and help drive Agile transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring servant leadership, strong facilitation skills, and expert Agile delivery practices.

**What's the Job?**
+ Guide and coach up to 3 agile teams to become self-managing, high-performing teams
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach product owners in backlog management
+ Identify and help remove team impediments while fostering team empowerment
+ Champion Agile mindset adoption across technical and business teams
+ Mentor peers and partner with Agile Coaches to support organizational agility
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum **8 years of Scrum Master experience** (Required)
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
+ Experience using Agile tools: Jira, ADO, Rally, or TFS
+ Strong experience with team coaching, facilitation, and servant leadership
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
