IMMEDIATE OPENING: ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Silver Ridge Roofing & Construction is looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our high-performing sales team. If you have a background in sales or customer service and are motivated to succeed, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support you need to thrive in roofing sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales or customer service experience required
• Comfortable door knocking and working leads
• Willing and able to climb roofs
• Flexible availability, including evenings and some weekends
• Experience in door-to-door or car sales is a strong plus

Role Overview:

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Silver Ridge Roofing in the Greater Houston area. Your primary focus will be generating leads and closing sales through direct outreach. We’ll train you on everything you need to know about roofing, insurance claims, and our proven sales process.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Highly self-motivated and coachable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking to new people and presenting in public
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Roofing or sales experience is helpful, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods, knock doors, and prospect for new business
• Build instant rapport with potential customers
• Confidently present roofing solutions and guide homeowners through the process
• Work evenings (until 7–8 PM) and some weekends (10 AM–4 PM)
• Accurately manage lead flow, client interactions, and documentation
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
