Production Operator | Logan, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring a skilled Production Operator to join our client’s fast-paced manufacturing team in Logan, UT. This role is perfect for individuals with proven manufacturing experience who excel in operating complex machinery, performing precise product assembly, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
• Perform hand soldering of electronic assemblies to specifications
• Complete electro-mechanical assembly tasks with precision
• Operate manufacturing equipment and complex machinery safely and efficiently
• Accurately enter product tracking data into company systems
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Proven manufacturing experience, including machine operation and product assembly (required)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and follow complex work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using hand tools (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (preferred)
• J-Std certification preferred (training provided within 90 days if needed)
Pay
• $17.00–$18.50 per hour
Schedule
• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM ($17.00/hr)
• Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM ($18.50/hr)
