We’re looking for a passionate Head Pizza Chef to bring authentic flavors and creativity to our kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where quality and consistency are key.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using fresh ingredients
Hand-stretch dough, prepare sauces, and manage toppings to recipe standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Requirements:
Proven experience as a pizza chef, pizzaiolo, or similar role
Skilled in dough preparation and wood-fired/stone oven cooking (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
