We are hiring compassionate and skilled nurses (LPNs or RNs) to work with children and young adults with specialized health needs. This is your chance to deliver focused, meaningful care in the comfort of your client’s home—while being fully supported by a team that treats you like family.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Phoenix nurse, you'll deliver one-on-one care to pediatric clients, which may include:

• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• G-tube, trach, and ventilator care (training provided if needed)
• Assisting with daily living activities and therapeutic routines
• Communicating changes in condition to physicians and caregivers
• Supporting families and contributing to personalized care plans
• Documenting care and updates using electronic charting systems

We provide all the clinical training you need to feel confident and successful in the home environment, whether you're new to pediatrics or a seasoned professional.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Kansas
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A patient, compassionate attitude and dedication to quality care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams
