Job Description

Pay for Performance (P4P) Program Analyst

PURPOSE

  • Lead the Pay for Performance program at adidas Wilkes Barre
  • Champion a data driven coaching program to elevate team skills and operational excellence
  • Drive engagement through clear reporting collaborative coaching and market insights

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review performance audits identify trends and facilitate timely corrections
  • Analyze data patterns to optimize units per hour and boost operational efficiency
  • Lead coaching sessions that reinforce store processes visual merchandising and consumer engagement
  • Update coaching materials to reflect best practices continuous product learning and market connections
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to maintain accurate reporting and payroll handoffs
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align distribution insights with retail objectives

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills for coaching leadership and team collaboration
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality audits
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting presentations and tracking performance
  • Ability to engage team members cultivate collaboration and inspire operational excellence

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform duties in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures standing walking and lifting
  • Work safely on elevated surfaces and follow all safety guidelines
  • Maintain reliable attendance and work scheduled hours up to twelve hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required bachelor’s degree in communications supply chain or engineering preferred
  • Minimum three years of business experience in a distribution center retail or similar environment

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Wilkes-Barre, PA.
