We are partnered with a Global FTSE 250 Manufacturing organization to search for the ideal candidate for Multi-Site Manufacturing Controller role to lead the finance function of a team for 3 plant locations.

• This is an onsite role in Augusta, GA, with minimal travel. Base compensation and bonus.

This Finance leader will collaborate with executive leaders, operations and global finance in this visible position, with a good opportunity to progress into broader roles in the business.

You will:

• influence strategic planning, budgeting and controls
• drive process improvement and internal controls
• support system integration, including ERP systems
• assist with the financial integration of new acquisitions or manufacturing expansions
• build a rewarding career in a growing division
• gain ownership of a core financial operation

We are looking for an experienced person with:

• minimum 5-10 years of Accounting Experience
• has led a Finance function with 2-5 team members in a manufacturing plant
• experience of responsibility for the full Finance capabilities (accounting, Cash, FP&A, etc..)
• working knowledge with financial and accounting software tools and ERP systems with high level computer skills, especially Excel.
• knowledge of JDE and/or D365 preferred

The candidate we prefer to have:

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Masters Degree in Accounting or MBA
