Job Summary

This role involves assembling mechanical components, testing assemblies to meet customer and engineering standards, and maintaining calibration of tools and equipment. Hands-on experience with valves, actuators, and precision tube bending is essential. Ideal for someone who enjoys technical, detail-oriented work in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Perform assembly from components per assembly drawings/bill of materials
• Oversees functional testing on assemblies
• Ensures test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria
• Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
• Monitors and applies settings, calibrates, and maintains assembly tools
• Experience with work on valves and actuators, and have experience with tube bending techniques and equipment ability to bend tubing to precise specifications.

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience
• Ability to lead others in work efforts
• Good mechanical background
• Proficient in the use of forklifts and other departmental equipment, machines, hand tools and power tools needed for assembly

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Steel-toe boots
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (OT starts at 5 am or Saturday and Sunday as needed)
  • Overtime and weekend work available as needed

Pay Rate/Salary

• $28.00 - $30.00/hr. depending on experience
