Job Title: LPN/RN (Weekend Nights Only)
Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Location: Warsaw Meadows, Warsaw, IN
Pay Range: $33 - $36 per hour for LPN (plus an additional $3/hr for weekend nights)

Warsaw Meadows is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide high-quality care to our residents during weekend night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents, following all professional and regulatory standards.
Administer medications, treatments, and document care accurately.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and resident well-being.
Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions, initiating interventions as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.

Compensation & Eligibility:

Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current, valid Indiana licensure.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to providing compassionate care.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
Ability to work a consistent weekend night schedule.
