Join Our Team as a Night Shift Production Operator!

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 7PM-7AM
• Schedule: 2/2/3 rotation
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by using all necessary personal protective equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Read and comprehend product-related documents, including product guidelines and quality alerts.
• Use hand tools to clean, trim, and assemble components, ensuring fit, form, and function.
• Maintain a seamless production cycle to prevent part buildup at your workstation.
• Guarantee the highest quality of finished products for maximum customer satisfaction.
• Train new hires and assist other departments as needed.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives and support CI, 5S, and STW activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome!
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in plastics manufacturing or fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate various hand tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. repetitively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around heavy machinery.
• Ability to work in seasonal temperatures for up to 12 hours per day.
