As our next ICF Manager , you’ll lead from the heart, supporting teams, guiding operations, and enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities across the Twin Cities.

The ICF Administrator will provide leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Units. One home you'd be overseeing is located in Maple Grove; the other is located in Plymouth. This role is responsible for supervising program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting high-quality services for individuals served

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee ICF program operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance
  • Supervise and support the ICF Program Manager and staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including VA/MOM reporting and licensing requirements
  • Lead quality assurance activities, audits, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Monitor health, safety, and infection control standards across sites
  • Participate in direct care coverage as needed to maintain required staffing ratios
  • Manage budgets, expenditures, contracts, and resources within assigned programs
  • Serve as liaison with families, guardians, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to operational needs as required

Schedule:

The typical schedule will be Mon-Fri business hours, some evenings and weekends as required to maintain minimum staffing ratios.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health or human services or a related field
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a human services setting
  • Bachelor’s in human services + minimum 1 year direct care experience
  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable record
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules, DWRS funding, and disability services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
