Requirements
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in Psychology
• Active New Jersey Psychologist license, in good standing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sex offender assessment and treatment
• Proficiency in evaluations, risk assessments, and evidence-based interventions
• Strong ability to collaborate in structured team environments
Responsibilities
• Conduct psychological assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning
• Provide group and individual therapy sessions
• Consult with staff on clinical interventions and treatment phases
• Prepare clinical reports and treatment progress summaries
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
