About Workforce Intelligence & Insights Team
The Workforce Intelligence & Insights team at Walmart is dedicated to harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decisions and enhance our people and talent management processes. This role is pivotal in advancing our GenAI strategy for scalable analytics solutions, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our People initiatives. What you'll do...

• Develop and execute strategies for implementing Generative AI within analytics frameworks.
• Lead and deliver scalable insights across the organization.
• Manage and innovate Talent Acquisition analytics products and solutions.
• Coordinate complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
