We help national brands connect with customers through innovative in-person marketing campaigns and strategic retail partnerships. Our success is built on integrity, customer focus, and a performance-driven culture. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Direct Marketing Associate to join our inside sales team.

As a Direct Marketing Associate, you’ll represent top-tier brands inside retail and event-based environments. You will engage directly with customers, deliver compelling product presentations, and help drive new client acquisitions. This is a high-energy, people-facing role that blends marketing, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product and brand messaging to customers through direct, face-to-face interactions

• Execute promotional campaigns and engage prospects at exclusive retail locations

• Work closely with the inside sales and marketing teams to improve campaign results

• Help onboard new team members and participate in team meetings or training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments

• Motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers face-to-face
