MPE OM&S is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the MPE OM&S team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.

As the Deputy Program Manager, you will be responsible for all US BICES IT Service areas (e.g., Strategy, Design, Operations) and Mission Support.

Responsibilities:
  • Main interaction and point of contact with government Operations Lead and government Deputy Capability Lead
  • Ensures customers' requirements and drivers are understood, and represents them during project and services prioritizations
  • Ensures customer satisfaction is high and a constructive relationship between the organization and the area command is established and maintained
  • Responsible for ensuring the customer priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated
  • Fields customer complaints and escalations are handled well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process
  • Ensures value creation for the customer and that the work is in line with the organization's strategy and priorities
  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight .
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order administrative reporting.
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations on task workload and improved technologies to ensure the capability stays relevant
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables, ensuring all teams are meeting technical SLAs.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned to include serving as the SME for ServiceNow to drive accuracy in information and efficiency in execution
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience in support of IT networks and communications to include governance and policy and process development and implementation.
  • Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross-network communications, including Service and Joint networks is required.
  • Experience in the available DOD classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them.
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional certification (PMP)
  • CISSP or other technical certification such as Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, or VMware.
  • Experience in financial analysis of large projects.
  • Experience managing and leading cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

The likely salary range for this position is $161,158 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
