We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated   Data Entry Typist to assist with entering and updating information in our digital systems. This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time position that requires basic computer skills and attention to detail. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company platforms
  

• Review and correct errors in data entries
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

• Organize and maintain files and records electronically
  

• Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
  

• Communicate with supervisors or team members via email or chat as needed
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of typing and computer use
  

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
  

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
  

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  

• Self-discipline and ability to work independently
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
  

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools (a plus)
