Job Description:

We are seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to join a high-performing team responsible for ensuring all providers are properly credentialed with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. This role is critical to maintaining compliance and supporting the onboarding of new providers. The position is fully onsite at the corporate office in Addison, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process credentialing applications for new and existing providers.
• Conduct background checks and verify licenses, DEA registrations, and controlled substance authorizations.
• Track and manage expirables such as medical licenses, malpractice insurance, and DEA certifications.
• Handle recredentialing processes and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies.
• Identify and resolve credentialing discrepancies or delays.
• Support the development and improvement of internal credentialing procedures.
• Release information to agencies and the public as required by law.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of credentialing experience (hospital credentialing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Credentialing certifications preferred but not required.
• Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
