The Career Coach Advisor will work directly with CareerCircle members to understand their passions, skills, and career goals. This role focuses on helping individuals identify transferable skills, explore new career paths, and prepare for job opportunities through resume assistance, interview coaching, and career consultations. The Advisor will also support recruitment efforts by aligning candidates with job opportunities, leveraging recruiting systems, and collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Advisor will collect testimonials and demographic data from members post-placement to support continuous improvement.
Coaching & Recruitment Support: · Provide 1:1 career consultations to members, educating them on the current labor marketplace and assisting with resume building/ interview preparation
· Match candidates to relevant job opportunities through the CareerCircle platforms
· Submit qualified candidates to open roles after confirming interest and fit
· Catalog member trends to share with the customer success and recruitment teams
· Provide support and coordination of recruitment projects and customer success projects
· Represent and promote CareerCircle to members by providing information, career resource support, responding to questions, and collecting placed members' feedback
· Administer post-placement status checks/surveys with active members to ensure high-quality member experience
· Coordinate with other departments regarding ongoing initiatives/new projects for the member coaching experience
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
2+ years in career development, recruiting, or other related functions
· Experience working with ATS and CRM software (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Workday, etc)
· Ability to seek areas for operational improvement and provide feedback for those areas
· Prior experience with project coordination - proficiency with Excel and Google Docs highly preferred
· Ability to connect with members regarding their career experience and advise them on best practices while job seeking · Data entry skills with strong attention to detail · Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements.
· Ability to work independently with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative
