What will you do?

Our project teams conduct customer-facing projects to transform and create business value for our clients.

As an Arcwide Business Analyst, you will collaborate with client stakeholders and colleagues to:

• Support and/or lead project management and project workstreams

• Execute stakeholder interviews & current state assessments
• Develop and implement transformation strategies, operating models, and technology for our clients
• Design & optimize business processes across a variety of functions (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology)
• Data modeling & analysis
• Design and execute Change Management strategies to support large scale transformations
• Develop high-quality client presentations & deliverables (project statuses, business process flows, executive readouts, etc.)
• Support business development activities (discovery workshops, RFI/RFP management, and solutions /scoping)
• Contribute to key internal practice building initiatives

• Ability and openness to travel up to 80% of the time (M-Th)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working, internship, or academic experience in a consulting or technology capacity in any of the following functions:

• Strategy
• IT Strategy
• Supply Chain
• Sourcing & Procurement
• Manufacturing
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Logistics & Distribution
• Finance/Economics/Accounting
