This acquisition encompassed the existing manufacturing footprint along with the embedded design engineering, program management, and commercial resources. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a 2nd  Shift Supervisor to join our team. This position will be located at Ventek Solution's Menomonie, WI plant and report to the Production Manager. The shift hours are 3:30pm to Midnight, Monday through Friday.

The Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to a team of production employees responsible for assembling Integrated Materials solutions. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience in manufacturing operations and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and support production employees during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and manage resources to meet customer and business demands..
  • Track performance metrics, prepare shift reports, and communicate effectively with management.
  • Foster a positive team environment by promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; OR equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems a plus.
  • Willing/able to work second shift schedule (Mon-Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight).
